Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to all reservations, appointments and services offered by Lovely Rosa.
By contacting me to arrange a reservation or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
All meetings are by appointment only.
To confirm your reservation, a €150 booking deposit is required. Once received, your chosen date and time will be reserved exclusively for you.
For extended bookings, exclusive arrangements or international travel, an additional deposit may be required.
My current rates are listed on the Rates page of this website.
Once your reservation has been confirmed, the agreed rate will remain unchanged for that booking.
The remaining balance is to be settled as agreed prior to our meeting.
Payment can be made by bank transfer, PayPal or in cash. Please note that payments made via PayPal are subject to a 10% surcharge.
I am happy to travel throughout the Netherlands.
For appointments outside my region, a travel fee applies as outlined on the Rates page.
Any additional travel expenses, parking fees, tolls, flights or accommodation costs will always be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
If you are unable to attend our appointment, I kindly ask you to let me know as soon as possible.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to 50% of the agreed booking fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours are charged at the full booking fee.
A reservation may be rescheduled once, subject to my availability. Your booking deposit will remain valid for the new appointment but is non-refundable.
To preserve the quality and nature of my services, I only accept reservations from adults aged 23 years and over.
By making a reservation, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Every memorable meeting begins with mutual respect.
I kindly ask that we treat one another with courtesy, respect and consideration at all times. I reserve the right to decline or immediately end an appointment in the event of aggressive, intimidating, disrespectful or inappropriate behaviour, or if our agreed arrangements are not respected.
Your safety and mine are always a priority.
Should I feel that a meeting cannot take place in a safe, respectful or comfortable environment, I reserve the right to decline or immediately end the appointment.
Good personal hygiene and grooming are appreciated and contribute to an enjoyable experience for us both.
Privacy, trust and mutual respect are at the heart of my services.
Everything shared during our communication and our time together remains strictly confidential. I kindly ask my guests to extend the same level of discretion and respect in return.
I take the greatest care in preparing every reservation and meeting.
I cannot be held liable for indirect damages, consequential losses, loss of personal belongings or circumstances beyond my reasonable control.
In the unlikely event that an appointment cannot take place due to unforeseen circumstances beyond my reasonable control, I will contact you as soon as possible.
Together, we will make every effort to arrange a suitable alternative or a new appointment.
